We’re reaching out today with an important update regarding the GO Noodle House Loyalty App. We understand that our app has been a valued part of your dining experience, and we truly appreciate your loyalty and engagement.
As we move forward and work on upgrading our services to serve you even better, we would like to inform you that the GO Noodle House Loyalty App will no longer be available after 8th November 2025.
In the meantime, please take note of the following changes starting 8th August 2025:
* GO Points can no longer be collected via the app
* No welcome rewards will be awarded to new user
* No new rewards or points will be credited to accounts
If you are an existing app user, we encourage you to take action soon:
* Redeem any available GO Points for vouchers via the voucher catalogue
* Use all active app vouchers before the app shuts down on 8th November 2025
